Have been getting the run around for 2 months on a warranty issue which they supposedly sent to GM but when I called GM they knew nothing about it. GM has contacted the service department and hasn't gotten a response back either. Will never buy there again

This dealership has assisted us with excellent service on two different occasions. We are from Canada and were vacationing in Pigeon Forge when we experienced an engine issue. Emily scheduled us the next day and the diesel technician had the issue taken care of the same day. He also took the time to walk us through the problem. Professional, polite and knowledgeable. Exceptional service! We where from out of state broke down but they took is right away. They diagnosed and solved the problem. They had us back on the road in a couple of hours. We would recommend them especially Josh, to everyone.

The collision center has horrible communication and it should not take 29 days to repair a bumper. I cannot recommend this dealership.
I bought a 2013 Volkswagen Eos June 2022. I also purchased an extended warranty . I need work done on it and they refuse to give me a copy of my warranty coverage. They won't even answer my calls. I've given them business for almost two years. Sad situation.

I have used RW Collision a few other times and have been pleased with pricing and service each time. This time my car was in for almost 4 weeks, but I know that getting parts in right now is pretty hit or miss for everyone. They kept me up to date on progress and were easy to deal with. And the car looks great. They washed the car and cleaned the interior also. If I need to have work done again - hope I don't - I will use them again. I would recommend them to anyone needing body work ...

I called the service department the day following an oil change with tire rotation, filters changed, etc. Battery connection was bad and they came IMMEDIATELY to my house and picked up my vehicle for repair.
My car looks fantastic! They continued to communicate with me prior to my scheduled appointment through them having my vehicle till it was ready to be picked up. Customer Service was fantastic! Car detail is beautiful! I did show up to pick up my car and the tire was flat. They immediately apologized, fixed issue quickly. Paint job is lifetime guaranteed. I would recommend them to anyone.

After picking it up my check engine light came on and he told me to bring it back and they would see what’s going on. My car is running very good and I only have good stuff to say about their service department thus far. Bring your vehicle to Jeff and he’ll make sure it gets all fixed up! 😊
Stopped in for oil change and thought I'd check out the Camaro's while waiting. Salesmen named James was very helpful and even encouraged me to take a test drive. Only reason for four stars is when it came to negotiation of price they stated what it was and wouldn't move on price. I understand used car prices are high but you got to let people negotiate. It was priced higher than what NADA and Kelly Blue Book suggest. I'll be checking in the future.

I brought in some used tires to put on my truck and they did a great job! They let me know that one I brought in wasn’t the best condition and suggested another route. Thank y’all for paying attention to detail and concerns towards my safety so I didn’t have a bad tire on my truck!
